Chicken Patra Poda (Odia: ଚିକେନ୍ ପତ୍ରପୋଡ଼ା) is a portion of delicious food you may find in Mayurbhanj side of Odisha.
Marinated chicken is wrapped in banana or Sal leaf and then roasted with slow flames till it is cooked.
Our friend Manas Muduli had found this man selling patrapoda chicken near Barehipani, Similipal National Park, Mayurbhanj.
This might confuse you by its look as Chicken Salad or Roasted Chicken, but the taste is unique.
