ଫୁଲକୋବି ମାଛ ବେସର ହେଉଛି ଏକ ସୁଆଦିଆ ଖାଦ୍ୟ, ଯାହାକି ମୁଖ୍ୟତଃ ଶୀତ ଦିନିଆ (ଯେବେ ଫୁଲକୋବି ଚାଷ କରାଯାଏ) ଉପଲବ୍ଧ । ମାଛ ବେସର ଭଳି ଏହାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଏ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଳୁ ବଦଳରେ ଆପଣ ଫୁଲକୋବି ପକାଇ ପାରିବେ । ମଧୁମେହ ରୋଗରେ ପୀଡ଼ିତ ଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ବିଶେଷ ଏହାକୁ ଅଧିକ ପସନ୍ଦ କରନ୍ତି ।
